Welcome to VibeCheetah! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services (collectively, the "Service") offered by VibeCheetah ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Description of Service

VibeCheetah is a project assistance service that helps users complete, debug, enhance, and deploy their software projects. We offer three service tiers:

• Basic ($99.99): Single bug or issue resolution with 24-48 hour turnaround
• Pro ($249.99): Feature addition or deployment assistance with 3-5 business day turnaround
• Advanced ($999.99): Comprehensive project work with 7-14 business day turnaround

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Orders and Payments

a. Order Process

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate project details and requirements. Orders are processed after successful payment via Paystack.

b. Payment

All payments are one-time payments processed securely through Paystack. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price for the selected service tier.

c. Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to complete the work as described
• The order is cancelled before work begins
• Significant delay beyond the stated turnaround time without communication

4. Service Scope

a. What We Do

• Debug and fix issues in your code
• Implement features as described in your order
• Help deploy your projects to hosting platforms
• Provide code explanations and basic documentation

b. What We Don't Do

• Work on projects involving illegal activities
• Create malware, hacking tools, or unethical software
• Guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue
• Provide ongoing maintenance beyond the order scope

5. Code and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your original code and project. Any code we write or modify as part of your order becomes your property upon delivery.

By submitting your code to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project details, code, and communications as confidential. We will not share your project information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., accessing your GitHub repository).

7. Communication

We will communicate with you about your order through:

• In-app messaging on the VibeCheetah platform
• Email notifications for important updates
• External platforms (Discord, Slack) if you provide contact details

Timely responses from you help ensure we can complete your order within the expected timeframe.

8. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on typical project complexity. Actual completion time may vary depending on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Your response time to questions
• Access to necessary resources (repositories, credentials)

We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VibeCheetah, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any bugs or issues in delivered code
• Any unauthorized access to your projects
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
